For almost 7 months of finding ways to verify my Paypal account, finally it’s over, just last August 6, 2011 my Paypal account finally verified. I really wanted to shout out load when I saw my Paypal account verified it was really tearful moment for me guys because after all the efforts I’ve done just to find ways to verify it finally it’s really over. Of course my other purpose why I wanted to verify my Paypal account is to use the withdraw funds from it. When I learned from other bloggers about their success in Paypal withdrawals from their Philippine Bank accounts I wanted also to withdraw my funds from my Paypal. Maybe you will ask me how I verify my Paypal accounts and what type of credit card or debit card I use. But before I gave you what I card I’ve used let me start from very beginning. The first one is, one of my friends told me to get a credit card so that I can use it to verify my Paypal, well that’s true any credit card will do to verify the Paypal accounts but for me who just have a part-time job could not get a credit card.

Most of the banks here in our place were very strict in issuing a credit card to an individual and you must have a stable job first. So I didn’t attempt in getting a credit card.

Second, I also tried a Smart Money card from Smart. I stumbled on different blog about people verifying their Paypal accounts using Smart Money card which is they have successfully verified it. So I also apply a Smart Money card online. So I waited for three weeks at least to get my card. When I got it, one of my friends told me that Smart Money card could no longer verify Paypal accounts anymore. It tears my heart when I learned about that bad news. So again I’m back to drawing board, looking for ways to verify my Paypal account.

My friend and I were thinking of our last and final plan. Get an EON card from Union Bank. So I was thinking of going to Iloilo city just to apply for EON card from Union Bank. EON card can also verify Paypal accounts but in my case Iloilo City are far from us and it will cost me a lot just to apply for an EON card. And finally I found one.

I learned that Infolinks provide publishers that there’s an option to send their payment through Infolinks MasterCard powered by Payoneer. Payoneer allows organizations to pay large numbers of people around the world, efficiently and securely directly to their Prepaid MasterCard® cards, avoiding the delays and heavy surcharges of more traditional methods such as bank transfers and international checks. Payoneer is a privately-held company and a registered MSP with MasterCard. When I learned that Payoneer can also verify Paypal accounts I immediately apply online to get an Infolinks MasterCard.

So, I signed up for a new card and waited again for about 25 days before the Infolinks MasterCard arrives. When my Payoneer MasterCard came, I activated it, entered a 4-digit pin. It also coincidences that my payment for the month of July in Infolinks was reach to $50 threshold (read more about on How to Earn Money Online using Infolinks). So the Infolinks issued me a payment. And my Infolinks MasterCard has now funds. So I try opening my Paypal account and entered my Infolinks MasterCard account number (which is found in my card) and other details. And when I’m done a message appear that says “Please confirm your card in 2-3 days”. That means that I have to wait for the EXPUSE (expanded use) number that Paypal sent.

The Paypal EXPUSE number is a number attached to the $1.95 amount that Paypal deducts from the credit or debit card for verification. That amount will be refunded back to your Paypal account in Philippine currency (P100.00). After 48 hours I opened my Payoneer account were Paypal sent the Expuse number. I click the view transaction and BAM! The expuse number arrives so I opened my Paypal account and enter that 4-digit Paypal expuse code in my Paypal account. And BAM again! My Paypal account finally verified thru Infolinks MasterCard powered by Payoneer.  :)
