The 2013 Guinness International Champions Cup features the exhibition football tournament commencing on July 27 and concludes with the championship-round matches at Sun Life Stadium on Aug. 6-7.
The competing soccer clubs are Chelsea, A.C. Milan, Valencia, Everton, Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Juventus and the Galaxy. The tournament will replace the World Football Challenge and be staged mainly throughout the United States, and with one match in Valencia, Spain.
Most recently Chelsea, Valencia, Everton and AC Milan have all agreed to take part in the tournament. Juventus, reigning Serie A champions, are one of the biggest names in world football and will be coming to the United States later this month to compete in the 2013 International Champions Cup. Juventus is the strongest team in Italy, with depth now in every position. They play a style that is in many ways coming into vogue this season: high tempo, very high pressing when out of possession, cut-throat counter attacks, but with a unique spin: a somewhat unorthodox 3-5-2 formation.
This team is built around some of the worlds best defenders and midfielders, with an all-time world great in goal. FOX Soccer will televise 11 of the matches live, and FOX Sports will broadcast one match live on August 3, 2013. Soccer fans are totally scrambling to get the International Champion Cup tickets kicking off this July! This is surely one of the hottest item in the United States this summer that will surely bring a lot of exciting field actions and excitement! It’s a must-see soccer tournament fans that we should not miss.
